Little Lambs is registered for
a maximum of 18 children so that we can give your child added personal care and experience they need. Little Lambs value every
child as an individual and we are never to busy to fulfil their requirements Within the setting we believe
a secure home from home feel will help your child settle in without the daunting experience of being away from you. Our “messy
area” gives each and every child a chance to create and experiment with different textures and artistic materials. This
will be available to them throughout the day meeting their own individual needs and choice.
As well
as all the thriving chances in the room it is equally important to have an area to relax and take some time out. A well equipped
book corner with soft furnishings gives the chance to re-charge and reflect as well as exploring books and quiet activities.
This area will be used by all at circle time where we will share books, songs and group games.
A range
of children’s resources and toys will be on a child’s level. This gives your child a chance to choose their own
activities and encourages them to care for their toys and to tidy up after each activity.
We love
to cook and create. At little Lambs we aim to cook at least once a month with the children. In the winter months we avoid
the coughs and sneezes time for hygiene!
